Was promised a custom stuffed animal based on an art created by my daughter. Item came as a floppy dirty printed image on fabric. Stuffing was not enough to maintain shape. Tried to contact the company 4 times with no response The item received looks like a dirty dog toy. I am so disappointed with this company. This company claims to have a return policy but no one will respond. I was scammed out of $100.
