I missed call from a restricted number. They left the following voicemail: "Hi, this message is intended for____ My name is Julia Larsen and I work with Document Dispatch Services. We've been hired to issue out certified documents to______ involving a complaint she has been named in. We do have concern with the property address off of (named the road I live in). This information is certified and does require his signature upon delivery. Please have herself or her attorney contact the issuing firm handling his case at 877-914-0028 and reference file number_____ Failure to contact the firm will leave us no choice but to assume noncompliance on her behalf. At that point we would be moving forward without her participation. Again, the number is toll-free 877-914-0028." I did not call the number back, but did look up the company name used and the number in the voicemail.
