Description
I bought a MagnaCraft toy set on Black Friday 2024. On 12-6 they sent an email saying the shipment might be late. On 12-22 I emailed them to ask where my order is. On 12-23 they responded it was still going to be shipped. On 1-5 I demanded a refund. On 1-9 I received an email that the order was cancelled. On 1-12 I received an email that my purchase had been refunded. It is now 2-1 and the money has not been refunded.
