Description

I made some purchases on aliexpress.com and they used Cainiao for the delivery and whike i did get some packages, my last one was not delivered yet it said it was delivered. I just happened to be out front at that time and know i didnt get a delivery but i also have cameras out front and i doubke checked no one came by. What makes it worse is aliexpress combined like 12 or 14 seperate items in 1 package even though they were all seperate purchases and it was going to be the biggest package ive gotten and it just so happen to be the one i didnt get. In addition they didnt provide proof of delivery. When i contacted the courier immediately as i got the email that delivery was made and they responded with an altered photo as "proof of delivery" and nothing else. The phone normally shiws a close up of the packge then a further image ofbthe whole package and then the package where it lay upon being delivered. In this phot someone dragged the part that would show the package in front of the door where the address and door would show if its mine or not down the picture and made that part covered over. At first i thought the individual courier either delivered to the wrong vidalia bc mine is court but hheres road and street close by too, or maybe the individual decided to steal it aince it was a large package with many items inside. However, when the customer service email reply was that altered photo as "proof" when it literally doesnt prove anything other than the fact aomeone altered the photo that told me they are complicit in attempting to cover it up. The items were all like $1-$2 items so its not that big of a loss but this company is scamming.
