I am filing this report on behalf of my father. He purchased the heater with his credit card. The price was $49.95. He received the heater via USPS. It did not work. The temperature and fan were on the highest settings. It barely put out any heat. It was supposed to heat a room to 90 degrees in 10 minutes. He had a thermometer in front of it after he turned it on. The room temperature only raised 1 degree after 1 hour. I contacted their customer support via e-mail (2) and phone (2). They sent a copy of the owner's manual (which he already had). Finally they said they would give him credit back on his credit card $31.40. This was suppose to have a 30 day money back guarantee. He does not feel this company honors this guarantee. Now he has lost money and has a product that does not work. The company also now has his credit card info, name and address. All of which could possibly be used fraudulently.
