This was a mini space heater advertised as efficient, easy to use, odorless and would save on bills. The items arrived in damaged boxes that were ripped or open. I tried one heater. It emitted a foul odor and shortly thereafter stopped working. I contacted the company by e-mail. Told them what happened. They asked for pictures of the packages and I sent it to them. I told them given the condition of the packages and what happened with the heater I tried I did not trust in the safety of the product and wanted to return them for a full refund. I’ve been getting the run around with all kinds of excuses. They kept repeating questions I had already answered. It almost felt like I was not e-mailing with a human being. I filed a dispute with my credit card company.
