This is a website that purports to be an assistant to help with travel documents. However, I realized later that their promise to add Global Entry and TSA pre-check without any additional documents does not make sense. I thought I was in an official govt website when i paid them. I emailed them for a refund, and at the moment, they have said that they are refunding the money, but i havent see that totally process. Also, right after this, I now have other random fraudulent charges on the credit card i used for this website. I suspect they are not keeping that info secure. I am quite upset that I sent them my passport number and credit card info.
