Many characteristics about the company seemed "real." The website claims that the degrees that they sell are real and verifiable...so there is no illegal business. "Simon" is the first person that contacted me from my first interest. Later I contacted "David Patterson" through whats app phone number. David gave no imperative information and was even more slow to reply to my requests. I asked questions over and over to see if any answers would change. The answers remained the same and this went on for weeks before i was convinced to purchase a degree. They asked me about my prior education and experience to suggest which degree is best for me. They made suggestions and got me thinking that my prior education and experience which actually play a roll in a getting a real degree. Fast forward after payment, I received the degree but they forgot my transcripts. Then they forgot verification instructions that I needed so people can verify my degree. Then he sent me the transcripts and a letter two weeks later from the supposed university where the degree came from explaining how to verify a degree. I contacted the school and they said there was no record of my degree. Also, another verifiable process they said was that they put the degree listed in your background check. Simon made the excuses of not responding to emails because of the holidays, then the excuse was he was sick as weeks went by. I asked for my refund politely several times and then they finally ghosted me.
