Then the return process is an utter nightmare. Despite website saying 100% guarantee and we will return your money, they instead offer to NOT have you return the product (see they have tons of this crap) and give you a 50% return of your money so you don't have to mail it in on your own and pay for the return shipping PLUS pay a restock fee. It a rip off from the beginning to end. Don't be like me, don't even order the stuff.
