I followed a social media post for Spark Paws on Facebook. Went to the company's site and ordered on 11/3/24. I continuously checked the tracking as I thought it was strange the package was coming from China when I thought the company (Spark Paws) was stateside. Then I took a closer look at my confirmation email and it was from a company named "Eivros". They charged my credit card on that date for CUMBERLAND MALL. On 12/4/24 I made initial contact with the email provided on my confirmation "[email protected]" and inquired about my order. I received an email back pretty quickly stating - WHAT A COINCIDENCE! - My package had been delivered that afternoon and I should check with my neighbors and family to take it in. I have surveillance on my home, so I know no deliveries were made and my neighbors did not take in any packages for me. I tried to ask which mail courier delivered this stateside, as typically when you order something and it is dropshipped - which is what I believed (at the time) had happened here, are delivered by USPS/DHL/FEDEX/UPS. The eivros support team was not able to advise me whom had done final delivery on my package. I went back and forth with them and they offered me a 50%, 70%, then finally 100% refund after talking about the "hardship" they encountered by the courier not delivering my parcel. I let them know in my purchase order email that I had paid for shipping insurance and to try to lowball me and deny me my refund outright shows they're scammers and that they had better give me my money back. I have a lot of time on my hands some days, so I have gone back and forth with them countless times over the last 2 months and have received 2 partial refunds, but have still not been made whole. If you want to purchase from SPARK PAWS - OR ANY OTHER SITE ON FACEBOOK - LOOK AT THEIR NAME AND FIND THE URL TO THEIR REAL WEBSITE! Eivros spoofed the spark paws web page perfectly. Eivros does not offer the items Spark Paws sells. Spark Paws is a legitamate company and I feel horrible for them that you look on their facebook posts and so many of us got caught up in this scam. I am still fighting them almost 3 months after placing my order, and 2 months after I decided to get in contact. AGAIN AVOID EIVROS - GO DIRECTLY TO SPARK PAWS THROUGH THEIR WEBSITE!!! EIVROS = SCAM!!!
