This company is trying to posit itself as an American company with American Made products. Their About US story is misleading and they don't really tell you where their products are made and they make it seem like it all is handmade. I am pretty sure it is not handmade and my product was shipped from Asia/China. I was able to see the tracking of where the product left and was shipped to the US. I was able to see this because they provided me access when they took way too long to ship my product. It was Ordered on Dec. 6th and was only supposed to take 8-10 days and it came on Jan. 13th. The support person offered little help except to say sorry, holidays, and then gave me access to a more robust tracking website. I saw the product ship from China and sit for days at a time at customs and then at each facility until if finally arrived. In my mind the fake handmade/american product story on their website and the excessive shipping delay is why this should be considered a scam.
