I ordered furniture from Litfad (which company is also found on Amazon so I felt I could trust it) on January 1, 2025. The furniture that I purchased was $2650 after two weeks of hearing nothing from the company I reached out to them. They have no phone number listed so I was forced to communicate with them on a chat message. I was told that my time would be processed soon two days later I got a sketchy email from Litfad that appeared to be an email someone could just type up saying that the item I order was out of stock and that they requested me to order a new item and they would give me 5% off for the inconvenience when I told them I didn’t want to order a new item Proceed to pressure me to order new item offered me 10% off after a third attempt to request my money back they offered me a final offer of 15% off a of the item if I picked a different one. All the alternatives they sent me were well above the dollar value of what I had originally purchased my item for. After a fourth attempt they said they would refund my money within one to five business days. Today is January 26. I still have not received the refund. When I reached out to them again, as soon as I am connected to a customer service agent, the person gives me a generic response turn terminates communication with me without providing me any information as to why I have not gotten a refund. I have screenshots of the conversations That show their unwillingness to refund my money.
