Description
This company advertises TARTE CC concealer on Tiktok and it looks like authentic product on the website. They send a different (not brand-name TARTE) product and try to make customers pay for tracked return shipping in order to obtain a refund. Paypal was no help with this and told me to find an alternate quote to the $90+ international tracked package quote from Canada post.
