I applied to a job posting for a Remote Administrative Assistant position via LinkedIn. Less than 24hrs later I received the following email: "We hope you’re doing well. While the position you applied for has already been filled, after reviewing your resume and past work experience, we’re excited to share that we believe you’d be a great fit for another remote position we currently have available. We’d love for you to schedule a meeting with our founder to discuss the role, compensation, and learn more about our company. You can choose a time slot here: https://calendly.com/d/cpp4-d4h-7k3. Important: After scheduling your meeting, please reply to this email to confirm. Our team is looking forward to connecting with you and discussing this exciting opportunity further! Best regards, - Hiring Team" That prompted me to do a Google search of the company, and I came across BBB scam reviews of people having the same experience.
