I was contacted by the company after having my information put in for a raffle for a free "Bahamas Vacation for 2". I contacted the company and said I was interested. The vacation originally include a 4 days/ 3 nights at a resort in the Bahamas, with the option to include a cruise to and from the island for additional fees. I agreed and paid over $700 in additional fees for the cruise. However. they are now stating that they are no longer able to accommodate my cruise and they refuse to refund the amount that I paid in cruise fees. They are also stating that there is additional $200+ in booking fees when I went to book the trip that was supposedly free. They are very cagey and refuse to give straight forward information about who and how to contact and there is little written communication for lack of documentation of all my payments. They never send confirmation emails. All communication is done over the phone or through their shady website.
