This content is based on victim and potential victim accounts. Government agencies and legitimate business names and phone numbers are often used by scam artists to take advantage of people.
The company said they shipped my item. The tracking number showed that my item was delivered to an address over 100 miles from my home. They said there was a discrepancy with my address and they would get it corrected. I did not hear back from them until I opened a dispute with American Express. I have been fighting with American Express over this. VIB07 keeps sending them verification of delivery to my address but the tracking number shows it was delivered elsewhere. I see the same complaints being made from others who paid for but never received the item. They are nothing but thieves.
