The company targeted me on Facebook and advertised a cat toy. The toy, as advertised, was supposed to be a bird that would fly and appeal to to your cat’s hunting instincts. However, the item received was simply a stuffed bird that chirped. I have tried to contact customer service but have not gotten any response. On their website, it states to contact customer service for a return address, but again, there is no response. Even if they did, I believe the item shipped from China, and it would cost more money to return than what it’s worth. I would love my money back.
