Kelly was not accepting insurance due to an ongoing credentialing issue. Often, she canceled sessions, called out sick, requested to move to zoom. Over the summer it became difficult to work with her and I requested a refund. I was not happy as a client or with her treatment of me. I needed to move on which meant getting my money returned for a substandard level of care. She refused.
