We received our product a month late so I decided to cancel the subscription on January 4th. They refused to cancel and responded asking me “If you're considering canceling your subscription, we’d love to understand why” I followed up on January 16th when I got a notice that I had a shipment being prepared for Larine I contacted dasking them again to cancel saying I didn’t want their product. They again refuse to let me cancel by responding with We completely understand that circumstances change, and if you ever decide to cancel your subscription, we want to let you know that you’ll be missing out on your exclusive 10% discount on all product purchases. We truly value your membership and hope you'll continue to take advantage of all the benefits we offer! Would you like to proceed with the cancellation? And then proceeded to ship the product. They have no phone number available anywhere on any of their site. I have listed them as fraud and I’m trying to reverse the charges. They also don’t allow anyone to review their products. However, when you Google them people have been scammed by this company.
