Description

Lied about where product comes from. As soon as I found out I cancelled order as per their cancellation policy. They responded by telling me to try the product I responded and said no due to the misleading advertising. Thereafter they ignored every attempt I made to contact them and more than a month later they sent the product. I again emailed them and they never acknowledge my cancellation just keep insisting I try the product. I requested a return slip at their expense as I did cancel in a timely manner as per their policy but again am being ignored.
