Description
The item that arrived was significantly different than the item represented on the website. Inferior quality, different material, different style, etc... The VCHICs return policy states "If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, it is easy to return and receive a refund." This is not true. Each request for a refund has been met with an offer of a 10% store discount, then a 20% store discount, then a 30% store discount. Or various delaying tactics similar to "We will contact the related department and look into this situation." Buyer beware.
