Description

I needed to talk with Ticketmaster, because I was having trouble getting tickets online. I google the phone number for Ticketmaster and called them, well although the lady was very nice and helpful, she was a scammer, she made me believe she was with Ticketmaster and helping me. when it came time to pay, she informed me that I needed to pay with Ticketmaster wallet, because of all the scam that was going on, she couldn't take my credit card information over the phone, that I would need to pay with a Ticketmaster card, Xbox card or eBay. I bought the Xbox card. gave her the number, then she tells me that they are having a problem with the card, that I needed to buy another one, and that they would refund me the Xbox money to my Ticketmaster wallet, which I don't have. then she said, I would need to put $150.00 in my Ticketmaster wallet to activate the wallet, and that's when I realized, that it was a scam. they need to be taken off the website
