I googled best mini projector and this company's website was one of the results and looked legit. When I clicked on submit order for 1 item, the website did something weird and ended up charging me for 2 items instead of one and the tracking# did not work. I felt it was a scam so I replied to the support email early next morning and requested to cancel the order and did not receive response and they sent package anyway. I paid to send it back "return to sender" which was SHIP FLIGHT 1559 SLOAT BLVD STE 211 SF, CA 94132 but the package was returned to back to me with note "RETURN TO SENDER /ATTEMPTED- NOT KNOWN UNABLE TO FORWARD RETURN TO SENDER.". I emailed [email protected] and they told me to mail it to MODERN LIFE TREND. 6413 Bandini Blvd, Commerce, CA 90040, USA. I again paid to mail the package back to this address and have tracking confirmation it was received but now they are saying I requested a charge/back even though in my email my request is for a refund. I had in the meantime disputed the charges with me credit card company. So now I need to contact my credit card company and request charge back.
