Purchased a Tractive GPS tracker for my dog. Opened the box and inside the lid was a QR Code to get started which I scanned and followed instructions to add a credit card, email address, etc. The card was charged and no other instructions led me to getting the tracker to operate. I searched the box further and found instructions inside the box under the tracker and this gave different instructions for getting the device started. My credit card was charged for a gym membership with monthly revolving charges. I was scammed.
