Description
I clicked an Instagram ad for 60% off Bombas holiday socks. The website had the Bombas name and logo. The socks were deeply discounted, so I should have known better. After placing the order, I noticed that my PayPal account reflected a vendor name of "Socks" rather than "Bombas LLC". I contacted the vendor at [email protected] and requested a refund and to cancel the order. If they don't respond within 24 hours, I will start the PayPal dispute process.
