Description
After looking at health insurance options, this number continued to call and "sign me up" for blue cross blue shield, charged two my of cards, opened multiple accounts under my name, and never sent me an actual insurance card. Every time I called to cancel, a new account would open and I would owe another $200 to keep coverage I never received. After hours of my call being transfered to multiple agents I finally cancelled my accounts. Then a month later they claimed I needed to verify something for my health insurance, leading me to the SAME portal again (the portal for an account which I'd canceled) and told me I should pay another $250 immediately or I would lose my subsidy. After I tried to "reschedule" the call they told me it was the last day to enroll (not true according to the state website). After calling the State enrollment number, they confirmed this third party has nothing to do with my current insurance application.
