I found the website online and mistakenly thought they were a local florist in Louisville, KY. I placed an order on 1/7/2025 for delivery that day, and my credit card was charged $137.68. Later that same afternoon, I received a call from the company saying they needed to wait till the next day (1/8) before delivering the flowers as they didn't have them. I said okay, expecting the flowers to be delivered on 1/8 as agreed. I called the intended recipient on the evening of 1/8. She did not receive any flowers on 1/8, and no one from the company ever called me to indicate the flowers could not be delivered on 1/8. I called the company today (1/9) to get a refund and was repeatedly told their system was down, though when I called as if I was going to place an order, this didn't seem to be an issue. The company did not perform the service requested and I was charged anyway. I called them and emailed them today and told them I want the order cancelled with a full refund. At best this is a LOUSY FTD type service and at worst a complete SCAMMER. When I asked them to indicate where they were located, they said New Jersey. I have no idea if this was a lie. I could not find any BBB entry for this organization based on the phone number or name.
