I ordered permanent, weatherproof, outdoor christmas lights that you can control each one with your phone/wifi. The website has pictures of the product, descriptions, and also says its located in the united states. After i completed my check out with paypal, i approved the $48- i received a notification about 10 minutes later saying the purchase was for $83! They added charges i did approve of! I immediately sent them an email to cancel my order and give me a full refund. They dis not respond, so i filed a dispute with paypal. They refunded me the difference. Even though i wanted it to be canceled all together! 1 month later i received the lights i no longer wanted and they sent me fairy string lights with a remote and usb plug in!!! I contacted paypal, sent all of my information-pictures, etc. The seller then said they wanted the product back. Well, for me to ship it back to china will cost more than what i paid for the cheap $5 product!!! They said oh well and im stuck because paypal cannot force the seller pay for return shipping. Looking at the website and reading all of the information-conpared to what i received is a scam! Paypal said they will make note and flag them so they cannot continue to use paypal and scam people. I have pictures of EVERYTHING! Their website, the product sent, my check out details, etc! I have all the evidence of them scamming me and sending me junk product! We have friends that have the permant christmas lights and they are amazing! But beware, you get what you pay for!!
