I suffer from hearing lost. they advertise a product to help with the ringing in my ears. 6 bottles for $239.00 i clicked to buy and $59.00 was add for 2 bottles of Harmony glow oil was added. And the purchase went threw. I immediately called and cancelled the the order. I was told no problem. TIME LINE OF EVENTS Dec. 11 2024 order placed email received Dec.12 2024 cancellation email received. money will be returned in 3 to 5 business days. Dec 18 2024 received email that they have successfully refunded my money. Still NO MONEY BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT. January 6 2025 called was told someone from billing would return my call. January 8 2025 called again. WAS told someone from billing would return my call. I said know i want to talk to someone who has the authority to do something. The ACE put me on hold gone 2 minutes comes back says their was a billing error. WAIT ANOTHER 3 to 5 days. It took him longer to look at my record than it did to talk to someone. I'm old but i know when I'm being lied to.
