Saw a Facebook ad for the Lifevac choking device. I purchased it only to find out that the Facebook ad was from a counterfeit site. After receiving a bunch of spam emails about delayed shipping, I eventually received a defective counterfeit product. I confirmed with the real LifeVac company that the Facebook ad was a spam.
