I was on Instagram and there was a shop that appeared in my feed around the holidays for a Pink Palm Puff hoodie which I purchased for my daughter. It shipped out 12/17/24 with a very odd looking tracking system. It stuck in limbo until after the holidays and only through about 2 or 3 contacts did I actually receive a cheap counterfeit item. When I was awaiting the item and I tried to search for my order the order was not found on their website. Once I did receive the cheap counterfeit item I reached out to return since I was dissatisfied. Their return policy says if you are not satisfied with your purchase you have 45 days after receiving the item. When I reached out again via email asking for return instructions they replied you can't get a return an item once it is received which makes no sense. I receive the emails overnight which leads me to believe the people are doing business in a foreign country. The website is www.shopbellixir.com. Thank you.
