edreams Prime website is a website to access cheap deals on flights/rental cars etc. There is a free trial in which you must sign up for to access the benefits and once you do this, your debit card info is locked into their account and they charge you the $69.99 yearly fee after the free trial. In order to cancel, you have to wait until the following year right before the expiration date of your yearly membership to cancel. If you miss the date, they will not issue a refund even if you haven’t used the service again. This is common with so many memberships and it’s becoming more difficult to cancel these subscriptions/memberships. Just know that if you do the free trial for this company and you do not call to cancel, your card will automatically be charged , you will not get your money back, nor will they allow you to cancel until right before it’s due to renew.
