I purchased a hoodie advertised on a Tiktok shop from a video. Order was placed November 28, 2024. I emailed support email December 31st 2024 and again January 5th 2025 and January 8th with proofs of purchase from my checking acct and the text message I recieved in November. I got no return emails. When attempting to find the order online on their website with their order number, the order cannot be found.
