This content is based on victim and potential victim accounts. Government agencies and legitimate business names and phone numbers are often used by scam artists to take advantage of people.
We have been getting multiple phone calls requesting we call them back at 877-867-5139 to complete a recent loan application. They never say the name of the person that has applied for the loan and leave an "application number" to refer to when we return the call. No one in this household has applied for a loan anywhere for any reason. I do not have all of the #'s that the calls originate but they are never the same one twice.
