Description
The item received did not at all match the photos or description of the item ordered. It was supposed to be leather, but was definitively fake leather. Was supposed to have a feature that held some of the small parts but did not. Was supposed to have a strong durable closure and instead had a lame, tiny rubber band closure. Their website has a return guarantee but they are offering me only 20% refund if I “keep the item.” It was purchased as a gift but is of such low quality that I cannot possibly gift it.
