Below is their condescending response to my email. The item they sent was not what was advertised. The ad was misleading and fraudulent. The item I received was pure junk. (I have screenshots of their ad on their website) Dear Ashley, I'm sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your sea glass Christmas tree. However, I must admit that your expectation of finding a genuine, handcrafted sea glass piece for $29.99 did give me a chuckle. Perhaps you could check **** for the "real deal" – but be prepared to shell out a pretty penny! We're the first to admit that scouring beaches for enough sea glass to create unique pieces at that price point is simply not feasible. If you'd still like to return the item for a refund, please let me know and I'll provide you with the necessary instructions. Sincerely, James
