I ordered 2 pair of shoes off relieffoot.com-per my husband’s recommendation. I ordered them on 12/31/24 & as of 1/4/25 they’re still pending shipment -from Spain, which I find strange. The tracking number isn’t legit per usps tracking. There’s only an email address to contact this relief foot customer service-so I called PayPal today & opened a dispute for a refund & emailed [email protected] advising them to cancel the order immediately & asked for a refund. I never should’ve ordered anything. It’s hard to find nice shoes in my size so I was naive. Never again. I’ve alerted my husband to check his info too. He said his order status is in transit, doubtful they will ever arrive.
