I thought I was buying a Neck Massager and it said it is from Soothely brand in Union NJ. and Brian Michael sent me a personal email that if I want to order their Massager to go to link and to " keep the link he sent me "Private" and on the link I would get a 65% discount and fast shipping. There was no 65% discount. It cost 59.99+Shipping cost of $9.95 equaled $69.95. It comes as a completely different neck massager with no brand name on it and on the box its says "4- head Cervical Massager. ON the website it shows just 2 heads and different function buttons. Once I received it I charged it and turned it on and it doesn't even work! The instructions are BS. It doesn't even tell you how to operate it. I called for help 6 times and all the customer Service Representatives all say the same thing "they will send me a link to watch a "how too" video to use it. I never received the link and when I asked about it they said they have a high demand and I am in line to receive it I am #361. There is no video and the other thing "NOT ONE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES know how to help the customers over the phone in how to use the product! They all know this is a Scam. When I called for a refund, the representative said the best he can offer me is to credit my credit card $50.99 and plus I don't have to return the product but I will be charged the shipping cost of $9.95 and a 15% restocking fee. This is there policy on Restocking Fee "We reserve the right to charge a minimum of a 15% restocking fee to process your returns. They do not want the product back they know it is a scam and I confronted them that this is a scam and I want the whole amount of money credited to my account. I told them that I will notify the BBB and my Bank that this is a scam and now they refunded me the whole amount. Majority of the representatives are from over seas like in India but with all so called American names. I asked them which product do I have and they have no idea what I purchased or how to operate it.
