Description

I purchased 4 flight tickets in the morning hours and in the early evening, I received a phone call from a Fareporto representative saying that the tickets were on hold and that they needed to confirm the details. Upon talking to them, I was told my tickets were not regular economy and that one of the main restrictions was that I could not take anything on the plane with me: no bags, no seat selections, no check-in bags, no purses, nothing! I would have to do an upgrade. It was at this time I was suspicious so I googled the phone number and came up with the bad reviews from BBB. I am so glad I did because I was able to call my mother who had purchased the tickets with a credit card and told her the situation. She immediately called the CC company and the ticket cost had not yet posted. The card was blocked. I am so glad I followed my instincts and did some checking. DO NOT use this company! I can only imagine how much they would have scammed from us!
