I purchased a set of tights from Noosh. Upon receiving the tights I noticed the low quality and that they were too long for me. I emailed the company for a refund at [email protected]. Immediately I received a bounce back asking to respond with my order number and the issue with the purchase. I waited and waited for two weeks. During the course of two weeks, I then sent five more emails and messaged them on Facebook asking for the next steps. No response. I was also blocked on their facebook page for commenting that I was waiting for a response for a return. Finally, with less than a week until the return window closed they send me a link to file a return. I will send the tights back, but I'm not confident I will get my money back.
