Description
I made an order through an advertisement on TikTok to Kid's Tech, the money was taken from my account, and the order was never received. I have tried to contact them through the email address provided in my order confirmation, but the emails come back as undelivered. I have also tried to contact them through the 'Contact Us' section twice on their website, where I have provided my contact information, but I haven't heard back from the company.
