This content is based on victim and potential victim accounts. Government agencies and legitimate business names and phone numbers are often used by scam artists to take advantage of people.
I'd gone online to Microsoft support to request technical support. I requested a call-back, however, when the person called back, they requested my email address and name. Before placing me on hold, he warned me about hanging up before the call was ended by him and all I could here was elevator music. After several minutes of being on hold, no one came back so I hung up. I just want to make sure that y email is not compromised.
