I ordered a wallet from Heroic Ids as a Christmas gift on November 15, 2024. The company took the amount from my debt card and sent me an email that my package was on its way. The email included a tracking number. The package status as of December 4, 2024 shows the package is undeliverable. I contacted Heroic Ids using the email address on their website ([email protected]) on December 6, 2024 and again on December 10, 2024. I haven't received a response nor a refund as today, December 31, 2024.
