DHgate offers products similar to TEMU and TikTok at better prices and offers quick delivery, as their items are "stocked." I placed an order for pots (order # 360433393195) on November 11, 2024. After securing the payment, I was told the pots would be delivered by December,ber 25, 2024. Several days letter I wasted the pots would not be delivered until March 27, 2025. I immediately asked for refund and after that I found out the customer service is non existent. When you click on the customer service link it takes you somewhere else and keeps you looping with no customer service. DHgate is a broker who acts as a middle man for products and they don't take accountability to the suppliers they contract. So, if a supplier gets your payment and never sends anything out to you, you have to open multiple disputes and it becomes "scammy" because nothing is ever resolved. I would say NOT to order anything from this web site because no one wants to take accountability for the purchases made, reimbursements or any follow-up.
