No Glue Lace Frontal wigs purchased through the Klarna app via an initial link from Cecilim wigs. On December 12, 2024 I purchased 2 wigs and was offered a 3rd wig for free during the holidays. I paid for the 2 wigs and chose the 3rd wig. I paid for the wigs using the Klarna app. I received confirmation of my purchase and a tracking number stating my items were in transit to the USA from China. I received a 2nd confirmation on December 19, 2024 stating the item had cleared customs and was in my state. I reached out to USPS and my local postal carriers with the tracking information and was informed the tracking information was not valid. I then reached out to Cecilim at [email protected] requesting updates and accurate tracking information. Cecilim never responded to any of the 3 following emails and I never received anything. This company is advertising on multiple social media platforms. You must set up an account to order. You cannot order as a guest therefore personal information is exploited as well as financial data.
