I purchased a dress from the online retailer. After seeing that my package was being held overseas by a Chinese shipping company, I did some research into the company and found it was a scam. I disputed the charge with my credit card company, and then another charge came through several days later for their "membership" program. The "return" policy states that it will not refund any item purchased on sale, and the membership is something that you are enrolled in automatically. They will not give cancellation numbers or confirmation numbers that anything has been taken care of and you're out the money.
