Description
I was on Instagram and an add for fashonova popped up stating there was a sale. It’s the holidays so it was very believable. However after I made my purchase I recieved an email from heatacle. I placed my order on November 20th 2024 and the tracking said it got delivered to my P.O. Box the 21st of December. I went to my mailbox just for the service representative to tell me there was never a package delivered. I contacted the email I have and requested a refund. At first the said they would only return 60 percent then offered 90 percent then finally said they will give the whole refund back after I told them I’m reporting them for scamming me.
