IMMEDIATE RESPONSE TO THIS NOTICE REQUESTED FINAL NOTICE Lender Info: (The lender I used for a house that I resold 2 months ago, but they misspelled the lender name wrong) Home Owner ID: XX######## Attention: (My name, but with the wrong middle initial) This letter is to inform you about an important matter regarding the property at (my current address) secured by your current lender which is _______ (misspelled prior lender). We reserve the right to revoke allocated waiver after 7 days of receiving this notice. Please Call IMMEDIATELY as this will be our FINAL ATTEMPT TO NOTIFY YOU 888-467-3210. The bottom of the spam is a fake "check" with my misspelled name on it, but with no signature. It states it is for $199.00 and says "Allocated Waiver" above the $199.00. The back of the "check" even has a line with an "X" and "ENDORSE HERE". However, the bottom of the front side of the check states, "THIS IS NOT A CHECK". **I decided to call the number they listed to see who answered and it was a Home Warranty call center. NOTE: I have never had a home warranty, and the address they list in their letter (my actual current address) is an apartment!
