I purchased an AeroVac vacuum from the website listed on 11/16. I finally got a shipping notification on 12/9 that the item shipped and was expected to arrive on 12/14. However, when checking the tracking, only a label was ever created, and ups was never in possession of the item. I went to contact the company regarding the discrepancy, and conveniently, there is no phone number that you can actually call the company. So I reached out via the contact us option on the website. I did get a response back a few days later that they would “look into it”, but I never received any further contact or information. Upon going to their Facebook page, although many of their comments seem to get deleted after they are posted, I saw quite a few comments of others having a similar situation with people getting a shipment notification but it only ever saying that a label was created… not that ups ever received the item. It seems like they have a huge scam set up and I’d hate for others to fall victim to this. I did end up submitting a claim to my credit card company regarding this purchase.
