This content is based on victim and potential victim accounts. Government agencies and legitimate business names and phone numbers are often used by scam artists to take advantage of people.
I paid for a pair of shorts and they were never delivered, even though it said they were. The tracking number was bogus and it came from somewhere in China. After contacting them twice, they took forever to respond, only to come back with a “canned” response, with no actual help. I lost my money and never got the issue resolved.
